Zi-421
is the best alloy for all pieces of low-melting or centrifugal casting
due to its excellent fluidity and good surfacing.
Components: Zn, Al, Cu and Mg
Raw base material: Zinc 99,995 %
Characteristics:
- Density 6,7
- Casting temperature 400 - 460º
- Melting temperature 390º
- Solidification temperature 386º
Ingot characteristics:
We manufacture an ingot of 7.5 kg. approximately, with slits that
enable their possible splitting into items almost identical.
Shape and size of the ingots are 300x400x40 mm approx.
They appear in standardised pallets of between 500 and 1000 KGs.
Their palletisation is made on bases of the same material. We also
carry out retails of any weight.
