continuous improvement our main objective, in our laboratory we
control the quality of our products.
The increase in quality demands reinforces the need of a thorough
and daily control of all castings. These analysis are carried out
by our lab, always having continuous knowledge of each of them.
At the same time, the packages stripped have a reference to the
number of casting, product and manufacturing date.
In order to work with our products, ALEACIONES
ALAVESAS recommends:

Keep the ingots away from humid areas.
- Before introducing the ingots into the melting pot,
place them in the hot zone.
- Always control the melting temperature; it has to
be obtained a liquid state, NOT a mashy
state.
- Always avoid material overheating. |
